Taste & Experience
The Jonagold is one of the most beloved ‘family apples’ in our region. The large, round apple has a yellow-green base color that, with sufficient sunlight, is richly covered with a warm red blush. Upon the first bite, you experience firm, crisp flesh that is packed with juice and releases a wonderfully balanced, fresh-sweet flavor.

Storage: One of the best storage jars for home. Store in a cool, dark place to enjoy the rich flavor of the apples for a long time.

Plant the Jonagold in a sunny to semi-shaded spot. The more sun the apples receive, the more beautiful the red blush becomes.
Pollination
Jonagold is a triploid variety. It needs another pollinator to produce apples, but it cannot pollinate other trees itself.
